RESERVATION PROCEDURES

1. All reservation will be proceeding if you fill completely our Reservation Form.

2. We will ckeck the availibility of your booking and reply at least within 2 x 24 hours.

3.  We request the bank confirmation of the money bank transfer. (PAYMENT and BANK INFORMATION see below).

4. We will send your Confirmation Slip and Performa Invoice by e-mail or facsimile when your reservation is already confirmed. Please print this confirmation and bring with you for your registration upon arrival

As stated in our booking policy a nonrefundable 50% deposit is required to guarantee bookings.
